Gratuity Tracker is an independent reference for end of service gratuity rules across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. It exists because the same question, "how much gratuity am I actually owed," has four different, genuinely different answers depending on which of these countries you work in, and most people only discover that after they've already resigned.
Every figure on this site traces to a specific, named article of the relevant country's labour law, cited on that country's page. Formulas are cross-checked against multiple independent sources before publication, and each country carries a visible "last verified" date rather than a vague claim of being current.
Formulas are reviewed on a quarterly basis at minimum, and immediately whenever a labour law change is publicly announced, such as the UAE's 2022 reform or Bahrain's March 2024 SIO funding change. Every check, whether or not it results in a change, is logged on the changelog.
Questions, corrections, or a law change we haven't caught yet: hello@gratuitytracker.com.
