Site launched. All four country formulas, Saudi Arabia (Articles 84–85), UAE (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, Article 51), Qatar (Labour Law No. 14 of 2004, Article 54), and Bahrain (Labour Law No. 36 of 2012, Article 116), verified against primary labour law sources and cross-checked against multiple independent worked examples.

Bahrain's calculator reflects the March 2024 SIO funding reform for non-Bahraini employees. The underlying entitlement formula is unchanged, only how it's funded month to month.
Next scheduled review: December 2026, or sooner if any of the four countries announces a labour law change.
